TERMS

All invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Invoices are considered past due after 21 days of the mailing date. A $50.00 late/processing fee will be added every 21 days.

Case Work: Retainer fee based upon case work materials. Case work will be billed on a monthly basis with the retainer being credited on the first invoice and carried forward if not exhausted. Work will stop on all past due invoices until the past due amount is paid and another retainer of at least $1500 is placed on deposit.

$3,000 Disclosure Fee if you disclose any Mr. Truck expert witness without first discussing with Mr. Truck. (non-refundable)

Should litigation be necessary to collect past due amounts, the client is responsible for all costs and attorney fees incurred during the collection process. It is further agreed that all litigation will venue in Contra Costa County, California.
