William Jones received his Certificate of Accident Reconstruction from Northwestern University in 1991. He has participated as a reconstructionist and trucking safety specialist in hundreds of trials, and has testified as an expert witness in both California civil and criminal trials, Arizona, Illinois, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
